View Street Houses designed by Wang Architects are two single-storey houses with impressive white rendered facades in contrast with monument standing seam metal cladding. The consistent design language used throughout the project creates a harmonious relationship between the two houses, while each house still retains its own unique character.
We constantly challenge the norms and pay attention to new materials and technologies, by introducing prefabricated construction techniques to these projects, to create design uniqueness as well as to save cost and time. We innovate from our clients' and developers' perspectives and bring the imaginations into reality.
Full-height windows are applied to open up the internal space to the sunlight and landscape. The planter boxes at the frontages add some warmth and project characters to the pure forms, to enable the homes to be fascinating and inviting. The strong gesture and geometry of View Street Development suggest its grandness and contemporary architectural style, which looks to contribute to the high-quality homes in the area.
