Global Realty's Burwood One Flagship branch designed by Wang Architects unveils a dynamic commercial fit-out project that blends sophistication with versatility. The entrance and waiting area make a striking first impression, featuring a logo wall that encapsulates the brand identity. Moving beyond aesthetics, our design incorporates a private meeting room, a hub of confidentiality and collaboration, seamlessly transitioning into a well-optimised workstation area.
What sets this space apart is its adaptability - operable sheer curtains facilitate the transformation from individual workspaces to a spacious venue for seminars and events. The innovative design ensures a dynamic environment that evolves with the ever-changing demands of the modern workplace. The kitchen, at the heart of the office, harmonizes functionality with aesthetics, emphasizing our commitment to crafting spaces that inspire a balanced work-life experience.
